If everything aligns, we’ll move forward to the design stage after a trip-planning fee has been collected.

In the design stage, we delve deeper through detailed conversations, whether in person, over the phone, or via video. We meticulously research your travel options and craft an initial itinerary tailored to your desires. We’ll work closely with you to refine and perfect every detail until the itinerary aligns seamlessly with your vision.
Reserve…
After perfecting your itinerary, we take care of all your reservations. If you choose one of our preferred partners, we’ll ensure you receive exclusive benefits and VIP treatment. You’ll also receive your complete itinerary and travel documents through our convenient travel app.
Share…
Upon your return, we eagerly anticipate hearing about your adventure! Expect a call from us within a week to share your experiences. We also invite you to post any photos on our Facebook page. Additionally, you’ll receive an email from Virtuoso to gather your valuable feedback.

- We ask: where you’ve traveled before? How do you like to travel? Who will be joining you on this trip? What kinds of experiences would you like to have while you travel?
- We’ll share how we work and if we both feel like we would be a good fit. We will make a follow up appointment after the trip-planning fee payment is made.
- Our team will then begin to research travel, itinerary, and preferred partner options.
- My team will also specially craft an itinerary (including all travel documents) via PDF and Travefy travel app.
- While you are traveling, my team and I will be available to help you with any urgent problems that come up.
- When you return home, we can’t wait to connect with you. You should hear from us within a week. We enjoy feedback about our service and our preferred partners.
